What is CrossFit

Crossfit is an extremely effective form of exercise that uses constantly varied, functional movements performed in high intensity.

We call the workouts WOD - Workout Of the Day - they typically last for an hour and always include:

  • Warm-up that will prepare the body for the movements and exercises to be done that day. 

  • Main part that can consist of any combination of endurance training, strength, weightlifting, gymnastic exercises and technique training

INTENSITY

Many people think there is a need to "train up" before they can start with Crossfit. that is false.

Everyone, regardless of physical starting point, can complete a Crossfit session, as we always adapt the sessions to the individual level.

in all classes, there will be one to two instructors who walk around and provide personal guidance to everyone in the class, as well as come up with any adjustments and scalings according to the individual's needs.

All members can therefore feel confident that they are performing the exercises in an efficient, correct and safe manner.
